When RaChell and I first talked, we hit it off immediately! After all we shared many things in common, both have a strong sense of faith and family, we are both from South Carolina, both shared the experience of being a bride planning a wedding in an entirely different state (for RaChell she was in South Carolina…planning an Atlanta Wedding and for me I was in Texas at the time…planning my wedding in South Carolina) and we are both lovers of Social Media, we now follow each other on Twitter!
Initially, RaChell only wanted us to design her flowers for her wedding party! However, as time progressed and unexpected events developed (as they sometimes do when planning a wedding), our team assisted her and John in planning a completely different wedding then we originally talked about and they had envisioned!
Here’s the short version of the story, the venue they originally picked, booked and paid for their reception….changed management and somehow did NOT have their dates on their books! Their original venue booked another couple for their date and time slot and told them their was nothing they could do! Well, we definitely could not have that…so, our team got to work…first helping them get their funds returned and then we assisted them in finding a completely new venue for the reception! The perfect location was Lambert Place!
The availability of Lambert Place was truly a blessings! Not only did Lambert have their date available, they offered full-service catering as well! After visiting the venue, RaChell fell in love with the earthly neutral interior which was a perfect match for her “Fall in Love in Summer” color palette of rich golds, brown and burnt orange! So, she and John decided to make Lambert Place their ceremony location as well! How divine is that?
We had a blasted servicing RaChell, John and their families! Here are just a few of my fave moments from their day:

Wedding Cake by Sweet Infinity Cakes
The beautiful cake above was created by the sensational Juanita Threlkeld of Sweet Infinity Cakes! It was simply delicious!
One of the special elements that RaChell and John incorporated was they Unity Cross! It was truly a significant moment for them and them to demonstrate as well as symbolize their faith in God individually as well as couple!

We are thankful that their friend and photographer for their wedding day, Corey G. of Cyoer Photography was gracious enough to forward this video to us which captured additional moments! As you watch the video, please join me in wishing RaChell and John continued blessings as well as a beautiful and blessed marriage!
